What is an eSIM?
A SIM card that lives inside your phone. You add it in a minute, no plastic card, and your normal SIM stays where it is.
Will it work on my phone?
iPhone XS or newer, Google Pixel 3 or newer, and most Samsung Galaxy S20 or newer. Your phone must be unlocked. On iPhone: Settings, General, About. If you see "Digital SIM" or "EID", you're good.
When do my days start?
When your phone first connects to a network in the country you picked. Buy and install it at home, it waits for you.
What does unlimited mean here?
Every day you get your plan's full-speed data. When you use it up, you stay online at a lower speed, and full speed comes back when your next day starts. You never get cut off and never pay extra.
Can I keep using WhatsApp with my number?
Yes. Surfalo only gives you data. WhatsApp, iMessage and your number keep working as always.
Can I share data with my laptop (hotspot)?
Yes. Hotspot is included with no separate cap: share with your laptop, tablet or friends. It uses the same daily high-speed data as your phone.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, as long as your eSIM hasn't connected to a network yet. And if it doesn't work when you land, reply to your eSIM email: we fix it or refund you.
Which plan should I pick?
